The practice is looking to recruit recently experienced individuals from any sector of business and commerce who can provide great customer service; have initiative to take ownership of enquiries and comments; have a clear and calm telephone manner and have general knowledge of computer and IT applications.
Experience of Care Navigation and clinical correspondence is not essential as full training will be given but will be a requirement of the role
Working both front and back of house you will be employed dealing with reception and administrative tasks in an ever changing, fast moving NHS environment.
The suitable candidate would be allocated a static shift pattern each week however would be expected to be flexible to help cover when other members of the team are on leave
Wage would be dependent on experience
