Patient Participation Group 

Longton Health Centre

The group has being set up to gauge patient opinion on the services we offer and look at how we can direct services in the future towards our patient's needs. This is not a group to look at patient's personal complaints but rather engaging the whole community in matters that are important to you and how we can adapt our services to meet those needs both now and in the future.

Any patient within the practice is welcome to apply. We would like to attract a wide range of patients from all age groups and ethnic backgrounds, to make the group a success.
