Patient Participation Group
Longton Health Centre
The group has being set up to gauge patient opinion on the services we offer and look at how we can direct services in the future towards our patient's needs. This is not a group to look at patient's personal complaints but rather engaging the whole community in matters that are important to you and how we can adapt our services to meet those needs both now and in the future.
Any patient within the practice is welcome to apply. We would like to attract a wide range of patients from all age groups and ethnic backgrounds, to make the group a success.
Patients are invited to attend the next Ribble Bank Medical Group Meeting to be held at

Please use the contact box to send your email details to add you to the group
If you are interested in joining the group please use the contact box above, or alternatively you can fill out one of the application forms at reception.
The Practice Manager/Business Partner - Wendy McNeice will contact you within due course regarding your application.
